A mold is basically a negative impression (cavity) of any given objects shape. when the mold cavity is filled with a liquid that cools or hardens into a rigid or semi-rigid material, the mold produces a copy of the original object’s shape. Mold Tools and Inserts are removable or perminent negative or positive ad-in shapes that become a part of the final object.

Masterplug Copies

It is a good idea to make several copies of your fishing lure design, using these low cost methods.
1. Now you have a copy of your design that can be mailed to yourself to establish a un-deniable date of orign of your lure design; per instruction in: BOOK 4: The Business >Patents & Copyrights.
2. When you develop your lure design to the point of accelerated production; you will need multiple copies of the master plug to make multiple cavity molds.
3. If; in the event you loose a master plug during the mold making proscess; you have back-up copies to begin again.
4. You will have additional copies of your basic lure design that can be altered during the development, and fine tuning of your lure design.

Soft Body Crank Baits - From PVA

Most people are familiar with PVA as the common hot melt, glue stick. PVA (Polyvinyl Acetate) PVA is not a new form of thermal plastic invented by Trueflex Imagineering. However; TFI did invent a methodology for making fishing lures from PVA. PVA has been around for a long time. PVA is a common hot melt adhesive primarily used in the packaging industry.

Zero Buoyancy Crank Baits

(ZBs) ZERO BUOYANCY, Super Lures: Loosly defined; means that an object, or mass weighs exactly the same as the amount of water it displaces. Said differently; if your fishing lure weighs the same as the water it displaces; it will not float on the surface, or sink because of it’s weight. It can sit still, suspended in mid-water. I don’t know about you; but, this sounds a lot like a live fish (preditor food source) to me.

World Record Muski. I once met a young fellow that had set himself on a course of catching the World Record Muski. His idea for a lure to accomplish such a thing was a Muskrat immitation nearly 20 inches long, and weighed nearly a pound. But; the lure did behave like a muskrat swimming on the surface. I don’t know if the young man ever succeded in breaking the record. But; I can guarantee the boy cought a lot of big fish.
